What items are returnable?

You can return only unused products you have ordered if informed on the same day of Delivery.

• Unwashed and unworn
• Used products cannot be returned.
• Original packaging must be included in the returning package.

• No Charges for return service.

How will I get my refund?

• Refund for all orders is credited as Shahzadi Fashion Credits in the Shahzadi Fashion Wallet, which can be used at shahzadifashion.com only.
• Credits are valid for 6 months & can be used for new orders placed at Shahzadi Fashion only.
• Orders placed using Shahzadi Fashion Credits are not eligible for Returns.

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed as store credits which can be used for next orders. Credits are valid for 6 Months.
